I have been working with children, young people and families for over ten years as a fully trained family support practitioner, in addition I am a qualified sleep coach and also qualified to support with neurodiversity.
I have supported many people with Autism, ADHD, PDA profile and sensory processing disorder, in addition to anxiety, mental health and trauma.
I like to work in a bespoke way to understand individual needs and challenges and create a support plan unique to each person and situation by working together.
